BD Rumion Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

1 General Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between BD Rumion ("bd rumion", "we", "us") and users of our platform ("you", "member").

4 Betting Rules

The following betting rules apply to all members on the bd rumion platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bd rumion itself provides that option.
• Live betting odds change after an event begins — always check the latest odds before placing your bet.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, stakes for the affected bets will be refunded.
• If multiple accounts are used to place bets on the same event, or if any attempt at manipulation is detected, all related bets will be voided.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error on the platform, bd rumion reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Maximum betting limits may vary by event and market, and bd rumion may adjust them at any time.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the bd rumion platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• You must only use Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–12 hours of receipt.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bd rumion may temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Bd rumion may close an account at any time for the following reasons:
